We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our operations by ensuring that critical data is entered accurately and promptly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our business processes while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity by verifying information and resolving discrepancies.
Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various source documents into the company’s database with high accuracy.
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data-related tasks are completed on time.
Assist with generating reports and updating records as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures related to data management.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with data management software is advantageous.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
