We are looking to hire a Live Chat Support Representative assists customers through online chat platforms by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in real time. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate, and professional customer support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner

Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

Assist customers with orders, billing, account access, or technical concerns

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide product or service recommendations when appropriate

Follow company policies, communication standards, and service procedures

Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written communication and typing skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously

Basic computer and internet navigation skills

Patience, professionalism, and empathy

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree may be preferred)
