Inside Sales Representative – This is where you come in.

We’re looking for two Inside Sales Representatives to support our maintenance base by primarily handling incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals. In this role, you will focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings. You will also proactively engage with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes. Partnership – Foster strong internal integration and supportive working relationships with field teams, service managers, and other departments.
Sales & Proposals – Deliver high-quality, timely maintenance proposals that clearly communicate the company’s capabilities and the benefits of partnering with a full-service mechanical contractor.
Customer Base – Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base by converting inquiries into signed Service Agreements.

The Inside Sales Representative role reports to Laura Tatro – Inside Sales Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills
The ability to quickly understand customer needs
Expertise leveraging your product knowledge to build strong relationships and close deals
3-4 years of experience in a mechanical, sales or administrative role

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000/year with additional commission compensation

Where you will work

These two positions are hybrid, and we would expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.
