Outreach Coordinator – Remote
Pay: $18.50/hr
Hours: 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm EST Monday-Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to members, introducing programs and inviting them to participate.
- Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for members and caregivers.
- Capture and maintain accurate member information in a CRM system.
- Handle inbound inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Build rapport and trust while guiding members through program offerings.
- Keep leadership informed on member feedback, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals, including enrollment and call-quality metrics.
- Navigate multiple platforms and systems simultaneously while maintaining focus and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Outbound call center experience required, healthcare experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
- Able to work 2:30 pm- 11 pm Monday-Friday
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and persuasive—able to engage members and overcome objections gracefully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have high speed internet (30 MBPS)
