Our progressive dealer group has an immediate opening for the best customer-centered people to staff remotely in our business development center known as the Customer Experience Center (CEC).
This position within the Customer Experience Center (CEC) supports our Service Departments and is primarily focused on Inbound Service customers calling to schedule appointments along with various other service call types for appointment scheduling.
This role carries significant importance and is responsible for the virtual face of Anderson Auto Group (AAG) as well as its brand of “Experience Better.”

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems at the same time.
- Proficiency in using technology - video, text, chat, and email through various platforms
- Schedule Flexibility – Shifts range from morning, afternoon including splits.
- Comfort with Windows laptops and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Scheduling Software, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Experience in the Automotive Service is preferred.
- Strong writing and phone skills.
- Most important, finding joy in every conversation with the people we call customers!
- High-speed reliable internet connection at the expense of the employee is a requirement.
- Employees must have a quiet and secure workspace able to accommodate a laptop and two monitors. Laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and all connection cabling will be provided by Anderson Auto Group.
- Must be able to participate in video (Microsoft Teams) calls for training, one-on-one coaching, and group meetings at any point in the work-day.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
