- Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide basic information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
- Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
- Follow up with patients and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching sessions
