Join our squad at Popmenu as a Summer Intern! This part-time role offers up to 35 hours per week at $18/hr and provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic software company. Working alongside our team, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience across the business.
About This Internship:
As a Business Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Business Operations (BizOps) team to support the systems, processes, and data that power our go-to-market engine.
This role offers hands-on experience in Salesforce management, data integrity, process optimization, and emerging AI initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our internal systems are clean, efficient, and scalable—while gaining exposure to how operational excellence drives business growth.
Our ideal intern is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how data and systems come together to support revenue teams. This internship is designed to challenge you while giving you real responsibility across impactful operational projects.
This is a hybrid internship based in our Atlanta office, as you will work and communicate with team members who are both in-person and remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Data hygiene - support data cleanup efforts in Salesforce, improving accuracy and usability across teams
- Data Analysis - help drive business decisions by performing light analysis and exploratory work
- Get hands-on with Salesforce operations - audit and clean up outdated Salesforce flows and versions to improve system efficiency
- AI Initiatives - participate in building and testing internal AI agents to support operational workflows
- Documentation and Process Standardization - contribute to enablement initiatives, including updating documentation and supporting the Knowledge Center
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support ad hoc operational projects, reporting, and system audits as needed

- Currently enrolled in a business, information systems, analytics, or related program
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Interest in systems, operations, and process improvement
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, but not required
