We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This work-from-home (WFM) role combines accurate data management with high-quality customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure timely corrections
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and account details
- Process orders, applications, and customer requests efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
