We are seeking a motivated and dependable Remote Call Center Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position combines customer service support with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, email management, and data entry
- Maintain and update databases, files, and reports
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups
- Support internal teams with clerical and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
