We’re looking for a System Optimization Specialist to serve as a key technical leader responsible for ensuring HVAC and mechanical systems are installed, tested, validated, and optimized to meet design intent, contract requirements, and MacDonald-Miller performance standards.
In this role, you will bridge field execution, commissioning, and system performance by combining hands-on field expertise with system-level optimization, QA/QC oversight, and cross-functional coordination. You will act as a single point of accountability for verifying system functionality, identifying deficiencies, and driving resolution to deliver a high-performing, zero-callback project.
You will work closely with field teams, controls, engineering, and project management, while also interfacing with owners, general contractors, and design engineers.

• Accountability – Serve as the go-to technical expert responsible for identifying issues, driving resolution, and ensuring zero-callback performance.
• Coordination – Build strong partnerships across field labor, controls, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless system validation and commissioning.
