We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in supporting our food service operations by assisting guests, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order delivery. This person will acts as a key liaison between guests and staff to enhance the dining experience, address customer inquiries, and help maintain a smooth flow of service throughout daily operations. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive assistance to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Help manage order flow and communicate any special requests or modifications effectively.
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Assist in restocking food service items, utensils, and supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
