Line Voltage Electrical Supervisor: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Line Voltage Electrical Supervisor to be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established for the MMFS Line Voltage Electrical team. You will work with all MacDonald-Miller personnel and customers to provide technical advice, bid assistance and see that all work is executed with distinction. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of Electricians performing line and low voltage work to support the install, repair and retrofit of all manner of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Guidance and support on team members’ professional development
- Communicate both internal and external customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with Operations Manager to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Work as a business partner with Account Executives, Project Managers and Field Supervision from other business units and trades
The Line Voltage Electrical Supervisor role reports to Jesse Caudle – Director of Construction Operations Oregon on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

You should have…
- A track record of understanding and utilizing company Operating Guidelines, Operational Beliefs and strong Customer Commitment
- A basic understanding of industry business and financial principles
- BA/BS degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience required
- Valid Washington State 01 Electrical Journeyman license at a minimum, 01 Administrator preferred
- Valid Oregon State J-License and preferably an S-License (Supervising License) or the ability to obtain an S-License within 6 months of starting.
- Ten (10) years of associated experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary and benefits administered by the local union. This role would be at General Foreman Scale.
Total Union Package $116.13/hr, $78.60/hr total taxable
Where you will work:
This is a working lead role with time primarily on site with supplemental office time at our Portland East Office - 12911 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97230.
