Timeline: We’re aiming for a start date of April 6th, 2026, and the role will be a three-month engagement with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget.

As a Data & Analytics Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Partnering with engineering and delivery teams to support a recent migration to Azure DevOps (ADO) by triaging and working through the existing development ticket backlog
- Collaborating closely with the Datacenter Portfolio Efficiency (DCPE) Tooling team to ensure ongoing alignment, consistency, and compliance across tooling and processes
- Gathering and refining business requirements from stakeholders across the Initiative Delivery Team and translating them into actionable work items
- Re-designing and standardizing ADO fields, workflows, and formatting to improve usability, data quality, and reporting consistency
- Creating and maintaining field-level documentation to ensure shared understanding and clear usage across teams
- Designing and building Power BI dashboards sourced from ADO to provide standardized visibility into initiative health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall readiness
- Integrating risk and readiness signals—including risk assessments, accepted or mitigated risks, and key dependencies—into dashboards to enable proactive decision-making and reduce operational disruption
- Supporting and enabling ADO automation efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort across the delivery lifecycle

- You’re humble. You view every experience as an opportunity to learn something new.

- You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right every time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
- You communicate clearly. You can explain almost anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and meetings.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Program Manager, Data PM, Technical PM, or similar role supporting delivery, tooling, or data‑driven initiatives
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable work management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally), including:

- Experience documenting data definitions, fields, and processes to ensure consistency and shared understanding across teams
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, tooling, and delivery teams to drive alignment and adoption
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
