Overview
We are hiring Seasonal Team Leads to support high-volume operations in a call center environment. This role is strictly focused on real-time supervision; ensuring agents are active, supported, and meeting productivity expectations throughout the day.
This is not a coaching or QA role. Success in this position comes from maintaining structure, visibility, and immediate support during live operations. This is a seasonal role that will end in May.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor agent activity throughout the day to ensure consistent engagement and productivity
- Ensure daily headcount targets are met and properly staffed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents during live calls and post go-live support
- Respond quickly to questions, issues, and system/process clarifications
- Identify and escalate gaps in coverage, attendance, or performance in real time
- Maintain clear communication with leadership on staffing levels and operational needs
- Help keep operations running smoothly during high-volume periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or high-volume support environment preferred
- Strong ability to stay organized and monitor multiple moving pieces at once
- Quick decision-maker who can respond in real time without hesitation
- Clear, direct communicator—especially in chat-based environments
- Reliable and consistent with strong attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
