HAUS is looking for an experienced AV Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. We’re seeking a highly organized, self-starting go-getter who understands AV assets and workflows, and can juggle multiple requests without missing a beat. This person is collaborative, proactive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and helps keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new AV vendors and maintaining updated status in internal systems (vendor onboarding / supplier hub), including facilitation of SOWs and NDAs and delivery to our contracts hub.
- Supporting AV creative content managers on asset planning, tracking, legal clearances, QC and final delivery
- Distribution/Media Ops support across our assets (i.e. QC across YouTube copy, tags, asset metadata, schedule delivery, delivery of final assets with agencies, upload assets, debut timing etc)
- Asset Management: work with AV creative content managers on footage ingestion, working with AV creative content leads on tracking and sharing of footage to internal partners
- Coordinating partner AV requests – including tracking, organizing, and delivering AV assets against deadlines to key stakeholders (e.g., Publicity, Social, Awards, Communications, Consumer Products etc).
- Support AV creative content managers across clipping needs on key campaigns
- Assisting AV campaign managers with pre-production planning support and coordination leading up to AV shoots when necessary
- AV projects archived in alignment with asset management protocols.
- Providing remote AV event support – managing deliverables in our systems, sharing links and files with PR for blasts, and aligning remotely with PR and on-the-ground teams managing production crews or on-site AV capture.
- Exceptionally organized and skilled at managing incoming requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn, adapt, and develop expertise across tools and workflows

Freelance rate of $275 - $325 per day
Full time at $70,000 - $80,000
