Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, streamlined communication, and effective coordination of business activities. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and follow-ups
Assist with project tracking and task management across teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Support marketing operations, including CRM updates and campaign coordination
Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Act as a liaison between leadership, team members, and clients

Qualifications

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of professionalism and discretion

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience with Slack and Zoom
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello

Work Environment

Fully remote position
