- Site Strategy: Support planning and development of site-based multimodal transportation strategies, review with relevant colleagues and leadership, and track progress.
- Metrics: Gather and analyze site-based transportation data, identify relevant metrics, develop insights and report on trends, provide regular updates to leadership, and make actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Employee Outreach: Plan and coordinate onsite transportation events such as bike safety and awareness campaigns, commuter fairs, and one-to-one commuter engagement.
- Local Events: Maintain awareness of other local outreach events (internal and external) and understand alignment of events with the site strategy.
- Internal Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and meet regularly with the Parking Operations, Electric Vehicle, Bike Operations, Rideshare and Facilities teams to exchange updates, escalate issues, manage tasks, gather metrics, and coordinate on policies, programs, events and initiatives.
- External Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external partners, such as transit agencies, local jurisdictions, and transportation management organizations (TMA/TMOs), and stay informed about local regulations, policies and programs.
- Budget and Contract Management: Manage the site budget, track contracts/renewal dates, create purchase orders, track vendor invoices, and update/adjust forecasts regularly.
- Employee Engagement: Manage and respond to employee inquiries and feedback, develop content for site newsletters, create communications plans, and collaborate with team members to increase the effectiveness of engagement against site metrics.
