THE COMPANY
Full Picture is a collective of entrepreneurial-minded, cross-industry experts who dream big, connect the dots in unexpected ways, and consistently deliver legacy-defining initiatives for our clients. Through our four divisions – Executive + Brand Strategy, Production, and Strategic Communications - we forecast trends, identify key moments, and capture the public’s interest to bring our clients’ ideas to life.
Position Overview
The Social Media Coordinator works closely with and reports to the VP of Social to support the social media team in developing content and managing the day-to-day posting, monitoring, and coordination of Full Picture and client social media channels. This position helps translate brand strategy into robust, compelling content that aligns with each brand’s ethos and drives visibility, followership, and sharing.
One of Full Picture’s superpowers is bringing individuals, brands, and businesses into the spotlight and the zeitgeist — and social media is one of the most powerful tools we use to do that. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, creative, and deeply tapped into digital culture, with a strong visual eye and graphic design acumen. This can be an entry-level role; candidates do not need years of prior experience, but should be able to show examples of creative work that demonstrate taste, design sensibility, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the development and execution of social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for Full Picture
- Support the development and execution of social media content for Full Picture Productions
- Support the development and execution of social media strategy and content for agency CEO on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Support the development and execution of social media content for client accounts (entrepreneurs, celebrities, podcasts, lifestyle brands, beauty brands, etc)
- Work closely with agency teams to develop thoughtful, effective social media strategies
- Forward-plan Full Picture’s social media calendar by coordinating across teams
- Help coordinate with brands, talent, and internal teams on social deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Stay up to date — and keep the social team updated — on social media trends, platform updates and enhancements, and new/emerging platforms
- Identify new opportunities for community engagement and growth across Full Picture and client channels
- Consistently monitor the social and digital landscape to understand trends, guide best practices, and identify new storytelling opportunities
- Engage with agency social media community members on a daily basis
- Monitor and report on community metrics (and suggest adjustments/a/b as needed) for Full Picture and client accounts
- Create, adapt, or edit social assets as needed, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and platform best practices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong interest in social media, digital culture, brands, and talent
- Knowledge of social media publishing, listening, and reporting tools
- Experience in a focused social media role or a broader role with social media responsibilities is a plus, but not required
- Savvy, knowledgeable, and current on the digital and social media landscape
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content
- Appreciation for the different voices of different brands
- Excellent research and fact-finding skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and threats in social media content
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively both independently and collaboratively
- Motivated self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- A strong visual eye and graphic design skills preferred
- Ability to show samples of creative/design work from previous jobs, freelance work, internships, school projects, or personal projects
- Solid photography and creative content-capturing skills are a plus
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), Canva, Figma, or similar tools
