Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Center Manager to lead our client’s service center operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or distribution management, inventory control, and team leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service, while managing and developing a high-performing team.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the service center, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and value-added services
- Ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment according to customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, inventory accuracy, and operating costs
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory control procedures
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop service center staff to meet performance and growth goals
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies, and promote a strong safety culture
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and engineering teams to support customer programs and resolve operational issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, workflow, and service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations or supply chain management
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or service center operations
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience a plus
