Role Overview
As a Home Pro, you will represent Vivint by connecting with homeowners directly in their neighborhoods. Your role is to introduce and explain Vivint’s smart home and security products, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions that improve home safety and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Present and demonstrate Vivint smart home security products
- Suggest personalized solutions including security systems, cameras, automation, and energy tools
- Build positive relationships and trust with potential customers
- Guide customers through the sales process and finalize agreements
- Submit contracts and maintain accurate sales records
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives

Previous sales experience is a plus but not required — full training is provided.
