Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a team of client service professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Foster a client-focused culture within the team to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and resolve any escalated issues.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Work with senior management to develop and implement client service strategies.
- Track client engagement and satisfaction metrics, reporting on success and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on client service performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client services or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting or defense client services.
- Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems.
