Go Ape USA, an industry-leading high ropes and zip line operator, is currently seeking qualified candidates to support its call center operations, providing a high level of guest service for customers by having in-depth knowledge of course operations and communicating effectively with customers, the guest service team, and other departments.
What does a Call Center Representative do?
- Serve on the internal call support team by answering calls and providing support to guest inquiries.
- Support sites as a point of contact for guest issues during site operational hours.
- Resolve guest issues as they relate to bookings by providing timely and accurate information.
- Respond to inquiries related to group bookings and coordinate with guests, sites, and sales teams to make reservations.
- Record and track data related to group bookings, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with sales, marketing, and sites to arrange special booking events.
- Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and perform all job duties in accordance with the mission and values of the organization.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
What’s it take to be a Call Center Representative at Go Ape?
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Basic Computer Skills, with the ability to work with Call Center phone system and booking platform.
- Possess a device and access to internet that meets the basic hardware requirements to utilize Phone System Software.
- While not required, prior experience with payment processing systems, booking systems, CRM tools, or ticketing systems is a serious high-five.
- Further consideration is given to any prior Go Ape experience, as the understanding of Go Ape's operations is crucial for this position.
- Available to work at least one (1) shift a month
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending upon experience and location
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Hours: 4 to 8 hour weekend shifts, flexible based upon candidate availability
Location: Must reside in a Go Ape operational market/state
