The Company
KangarooHealth delivers remote care programs that help providers track patients between visits, intervene early, and improve outcomes—without adding staff burden. We partner with clinics nationwide to run compliant, efficient Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) and Principal Care Management (PCM) programs at scale.
The Role
Enrollment is the start of care. If patients don’t understand or engage, nothing else works. Your job is to fix that. As an Enrollment Specialist, you contact patients, explain the value of these programs in clear terms, and walk them through enrollment. You must be both empathetic and effective. This is healthcare—people need to trust you, not feel sold to.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and send text messages to eligible remote monitoring patients on behalf of KangarooHealth’s partner provider groups (hospitals and practices)
- Explain our remote monitoring services in simple, accurate, and compassionate language
- Address concerns directly and truthfully—no scripts, no shortcuts
- Secure verbal consent and enroll patients into KangarooHealth’s system
- Document calls precisely and stay on top of daily enrollment targets
- Understand and apply CMS rules, billing requirements, and program distinctions (e.g., RPM vs. CCM vs. APCM)
- Represent the company’s values of integrity, empathy, and execution on every call
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re calm under pressure, clear under stress, and effective over the phone
- You listen before you speak and guide without pushing
- You can talk to a skeptical senior, explain a government program, and gain trust in under 5 minutes
- You know your way around a CRM, spreadsheets, and digital systems
- You don’t need hand-holding—you follow the playbook, hit goals, and ask smart questions
- You are effective and comfortable to execute high-volume calls daily with consistency
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare outreach, inside sales, or enrollment work
- Experience working with Medicare or chronic care patients
- Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
- Previous call center working experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $37,000-$42,000 total compensation
