Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office & Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations and facilities management. The ideal candidate will coordinate office logistics, vendor relationships, workspace management, and internal administrative support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations Management
Coordinate daily office administrative activities and workspace logistics.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
Support internal teams with office-related needs.
Facilities Coordination
Coordinate facility maintenance requests and vendor services.
Assist with office layout planning and workspace organization.
Maintain facility documentation and service schedules.
Vendor & Service Management
Coordinate relationships with office service providers and vendors.
Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
Administrative Support
Assist with internal meetings, office events, and operational coordination.
Support operations leadership with documentation and scheduling.
Compliance & Safety
Assist in maintaining workplace safety procedures and compliance documentation.
Coordinate facility inspections and safety protocols when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2–4 years of administrative or facilities coordination experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate office operations within government contracting environments.
Experience coordinating vendor services or facility management tasks.
