Flowfox is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support our distribution department in Portland. This role is available part-time or full-time. Applications are accepted only from Oregon. Hourly pay ranges from $17–$23. Training is provided, and schedules are flexible.

Duties:

Respond to customer emails and chats.
Support distribution-related inquiries.
Provide order and shipment updates.
Resolve basic service requests.
Log interactions accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse teams.
Follow support procedures.

Requirements:

Must reside in Oregon.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Clear written English skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
