- Supervise and support technicians and staff
- Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, parts, and supplies
- Drive sales and customer retention
- Maintain shop safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- ASE certification preferred
