Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative assistant to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Edgebrook office at 5430 W. Devon Avenue, Chicago IL 60646
This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 8:30am-5pm (not a remote position).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information.
- Maintain paperless files with dot loop for all transactions through close.
- Obtain missing information as required and follow through with all parties
- Compile packets, recruiting, listing, buyer and rental, and maintain online file flow and marketing materials
- Answer phones.
- Open and distribute daily courier items.
- Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
- General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance, opening and closing.
- Pull reports as directed by sales manager, staff and agents
- Process and monitor marketing agreements from inception to close.
- Process buyer representation agreements.
- Data entry.
- IT/Tech support
Requirements:
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Professional appearance
- Proactive
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous real estate experience preferred
- Administrative assistant experience preferred.
Salary Range
$40,000-$45,000
