Small professional services and technology firm located in Roslyn, (near the Metro), is looking for an executive administrative assistant, jack of all trades and a natural communicator, to support the management team.
Your primary role is to handle tasks that enable others to focus on their core role. These may include:
Office Management (10%)
- Organizing equipment inventory
- Handling any building issues, tracking FOBs and parking passes
- Files, scanning, mail
Executive Support (5-10%)
- Calendar and scheduling management
HR Support (10-20%)
- Teambuilding lunches (weekly)
- Coordinating the logistics in recruiting and onboarding / offboarding process
- Team travel logistics and off site meetings
- Coordinating employee celebrations - birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Accounting Support (10-20%)
- Coordaining items with our offsite bookkeeper
- Handling transactions that the bookkeeper is unable to process.
- Mapping Transactions in our project management software
Marketing and Sales Support (25-50%)
- Event Management (4-6 year), handling all of the show logistics, not attending.
- CRM management and data clean up
- Occasional writing assignments
Given the nature of the work, this is an in office position. Our in office team ranges from 100% in office, to hybrid to 100% Remote.
This is a part time, hourly position. Schedule is Monday - Thursday, 20-25 hours at week, daily schedule can be flexible between 8:30 - 5:30 pm. Compensation is $30-40/hr, no health insurance, though other benefits are applicable.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other team members, vendors, and clients.
