Role Overview
Seated is hiring a VP of Revenue to own the full restaurant revenue lifecycle across acquisition, retention, and expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive is accountable for revenue outcomes, forecasting accuracy, and unit economics, and leads both Sales and Restaurant Success teams as we scale from $20M to $100M in revenue and beyond, including building and scaling mid market and enterprise revenue motions alongside Seated’s core SMB business.
Responsibilities
- Own company revenue outcomes across new business, retention, and expansion
- Lead Sales and Restaurant Success with a unified revenue strategy and operating cadence
- Translate company goals into revenue targets, org design, and hiring plans in partnership with Finance and Executive Leadership
- Build and scale high performing revenue teams with strong coaching, performance management, and leadership development
- Own pipeline health, forecasting discipline, and revenue reporting for the exec team and board
- Drive go-to-market execution for new products, segments, and expansions in close alignment with Marketing, Product, Ops, and RevOps
- Build and scale mid market and enterprise revenue motions, including sales strategy, coverage model, pricing approach, and cross functional readiness
- Own pricing strategy, discounting guardrails, deal approval frameworks, and customer mix that support long-term unit economics and durable growth
- Ensure clean handoffs and strong post sale execution to maximize LTV, retention, and contribution margin
- Personally engage in the most strategic enterprise opportunities and executive level relationships
- Represent the revenue organization internally with the exec team and board, and externally with key customers and partners
- 10+ years of B2B revenue experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Experience selling to SMBs in a high volume transactional environment, with experience selling into and building mid market and enterprise motions across a revenue organization
- Proven success scaling revenue from $20M to $100M with ownership across acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Strong forecasting discipline and operating rigor with clear accountability to revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to expand into new segments or markets
- Executive presence and board readiness
- Hands on leader who uses data to drive decisions and execution
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading Account Management and or Customer Success teams in a revenue accountable model
- Experience designing and scaling post sale motions that drive retention, expansion, and LTV
- Passion for restaurants or prior experience in hospitality or restaurant tech
- $400K - $500K OTE (50/50 split)
