The Role
As a Sr. Paid Media Manager, you will fully own the paid media strategy, client relationship, and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of accounts. You’ll be the person clients trust to drive results, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and continuously improve performance through rigorous experimentation.

- Technology: AI startups, B2B SaaS and consumer technology companies such as Cisco, PolyAI, and Manus (Meta).
- eCommerce: Fashion, skincare, entertainment and celebrity-led consumer brands.
- Our average client budget is $100k/month and ranges up to $600k/month.

What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships: lead communication, manage expectations, and operate as a trusted performance partner to client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategy across paid search + paid social (and broader channel mixes where relevant)
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across core platforms with strong hygiene and process
- Build testing roadmaps: design experiments, interpret results, and scale what works
- Performance reporting & insights: translate data into clear narratives, recommendations, and next steps
- Creative recommendations: partner with clients (and creative resources when applicable) to improve creative strategy, messaging, and iteration velocity
- Collaborate directly with agency and client teams (marketing, growth, analytics, creative) to align media with business goals and performance realities

- You implement a system of experimentation that improves results over time.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years in paid media, ideally in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Experience managing $100k+/month budgets for technology startups and/or eCommerce brands
- Strong command of paid social + paid search strategy
- Hands-on expertise in core platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Analytical and data-driven: you uncover insights from data to inform decisions
- Solid understanding of attribution and measurement
- Excellent client communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- High accountability: you own performance end-to-end
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with programmatic/CTV/OOH/podcast ad buying
- Strong creative testing and performance creative instincts
- Conversion tracking and analytics depth (e.g., GA4/GTM concepts, offline conversion flows)
- Proficient with various reporting/attribution/measurement tools
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience

Work Setup
- Remote/hybrid, operating on Los Angeles time
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
- Bonus incentive
