Annual Base Pay:
USD 64,000.00 - USD 70,500.00
The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits.

Wayfair is seeking collaborative, innovative, and adaptable candidates for full-time positions within our Operations team. Operations Associates will have the opportunity to gain experience in core functional areas at the center of our logistics and supply chain functions and contribute directly to the growth and success of the company. What You'll Do
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our logistics and supply chain operations.
- Support New Initiatives: Define the metrics and build the reporting needed to measure the success of new projects, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.
- Own Our Data: Act as the central point for collecting and consolidating data from various teams, becoming the go-to expert for ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Streamline Workflows: Analyze our operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and help us work more efficiently.
What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence others
- Analytical mindset able to process large volumes of data using a variety of reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to distill complex information in a simplistic way via emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations
- Passionate about execution with strong interest to drive customer engagement
- Desire to own projects from beginning to end, and thrive as part of a team as well as individually
- Comfortability navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little structure
- Strong project management and prioritization skills

Supply Chain Solutions
We optimize Wayfair's supply chain through innovative solutions, enabling strategic business outcomes and a seamless supplier and customer experience. We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team and help scale the world-class Manhattan WMS solution across our Fulfillment network. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about product management and eager to make a direct impact on our supply chain operations.
This will require you to travel to various Fulfillment Center locations across the U.S. and potentially the UK and Canada. This will equate to traveling 50% of the time. Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.
