We’re seeking a hands-on, owner-minded General Manager who treats the business like it’s their own. This is a Bench GM role supporting multiple locations until placement into a permanent store, with strong long-term upside for the right leader.
Restaurant General Manager Mentality
- Owner mindset: problems get solved
- You show up early and make it happen
- You take pride in financial results, team culture, and community presence
- You’re looking for a long-term GM career, not a quick promotion
Restaurant General Manager Expectations:
- Lead daily operations hands-on (open, close, peak periods)
- Own food quality, recipe execution, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Execute catering orders accurately and on time
- Drive sales through community involvement and local marketing
- Manage P&L, labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls
- Serve as the point person for operational issues—anytime they arise
Restaurant General Manager Must Have:
- Fast-casual leadership experience in a fresh, scratch or recipe-driven concept
- Strong financial acumen (labor, COGS, margins, action planning)
- High accountability, consistency, and follow-through
- Comfortable being a successful GM for several years
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule
Comp & Growth
- Bench role supports multiple locations initially
- Bonus structure begins once placed into a permanent store
- Operating Partners earn bonus
- Significant long-term growth potential within the organization
