Position is based at 913 West Monroe in Lowell, Arkansas.
Position will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with additional hours as needed.
Incumbent for this role will be required to have some overnight travel. There will be travel required shortly after the start date for training with the team. Throughout the year, there will be at least quarterly travel required.
High level of comfort with communication technology is going to be a necessity.

Job Title: Account Services Coordinator 1
Under supervision from the Manager of Trust Support Services or Assistant Trust Operations Manager, the Account Services Coordinator 1 is responsible for processing administrative and operational transactions in or on behalf of customer accounts. These transactions range in complexity and type of transaction and must be completed with a high degree of accuracy within identified service level agreements. The incumbent will be expected to attain an extensive understanding of trust and wealth management products and services to be able to provide a high level of customer service. Areas of responsibility will include one or more of the following: fiduciary or pension client accounts, disbursements, asset movement, security settlement, income, fees. What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Perform a variety of activities related to account opening, account maintenance, or account closing on trust client accounts. Receive necessary information from the client service teams to perform activities and input into the trust system accurately.
• Maintain bill pay file ensuring that all bills received are paid prior to the due date and monitor for bill pay items not received. Review all printed checks, ensuring accuracy prior to mailing. Process ACH reports in conjunction with Arvest Treasury Management requirements. Review all wire requests received from client service teams to ensure proper approval prior to input into wire transfer system.
• Coordinate asset transfers between trust accounts as well as transfer to and from third party investment providers. Ensure that required documentation is complete and accurate and that assets are posted to customer accounts timely and smoothly.
• Receive and process all security purchases or sales and settle daily with the appropriate custodian. Coordinate with appropriate parties for any trades that do not auto match with the broker. Prepare and execute all settlement transactions with third party custodians. Process daily cash sweep transactions meeting cash needs of clients.
• Review all income received, either through security income payments or miscellaneous income received. For periodic security income, ensure that system maps agree to money received prior to posting. For miscellaneous income received, determine the proper account owner to ensure income is credited. Post all income timely.
• Maintain proper fee schedules, payment, invoices, and collections of all Arvest trust fees. Analyze fee variances for inaccurate set up monthly. Balance fees collected daily. Process fee income to the trust division general ledger based on assigned frequencies.
• Maintain regular communication with client service teams on the status of submitted requests and questions.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

• Moderate skill level with spreadsheet and word processing software.
Physical Demands:
