Employer: System One - hiring for a client in the Tulsa area
Pay:
• $17.50/hour (English)
• $19.00/hour (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Schedule: Full-time
Must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Location: Remote (Tulsa, OK area residents only)
Contract: 6–8 months
Start Date: Mid February
Position Overview
This is a fast-paced, high-call-volume customer service role. Agents are expected to manage back-to-back calls, accurately document interactions, and meet performance expectations in a structured call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls throughout the day
- Provide clear, efficient assistance with applications and program inquiries
- Navigate multiple systems while actively engaging callers
- Accurately document calls and follow established procedures
- Meet call quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
- Maintain professionalism and focus in a remote call center setting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous high-volume call center or phone-based customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Reliable hardwired internet connection and dedicated, quiet workspace
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred

- Salesforce and inContact familiarity
