Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote
Compensation: $20/hour to $25/hour; approximately 10-15 hours per week
Expected Start Date: March 2, 2026
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the organization with key day-to-day operational priorities. Reporting to the President, the Executive Assistant will work to ensure that all external inquiries receive the proper response. This includes handling electronic and voice communications, responding to frequently asked questions, and forwarding important or urgent correspondence to the President, Treasurer, or other members of the PTP team. When operationally necessary, the Executive Assistant may take on additional projects and tasks.
This is a part-time, hourly position, and may be remote from anywhere in the US. Employees should be available to work 10-15 hours per week. Hours are flexible for applicants seeking evening or weekend hours, but a consistent and regular schedule is expected.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond with kindness, compassion, and precision to donor and supporter inquiries via email and phone
- Elevate urgent concerns from stakeholders and donors to PTP leadership
- Complete donor research and maintain donor records as needed to resolve concerns presented by supporters
- Create procedure documents and clarify processes as needed
Qualifications (You will be a good fit if you have):
- Able to respond to a large volume of inquiries in a short period of time (i.e. no less than 30 email or message responses within 1 hour)
- Able to commit to a regular schedule of hours (ex: 1-2 hours/night)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data entry protocols
Preferred Qualifications (Not required but helpful):
- Experience in customer service, operations, or client support
- You are familiar with, or eager to become familiar with, campaigns and politics
- Experience with CRM systems and/or fundraising databases (e.g., NGP VAN, EveryAction)
