URGENT HIRING: TEAM MANAGER (BPO)
We need TEAM MANAGERS ( Team Leads) who will be overseeing team productivity and ensuring quality targets are achieved while managing a high volume of service requests from Providers and Members. This is a non-clinical role.
Work Set Up: On-site, Makati Circuit
Work Schedule:Night shift
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operational activities of assigned staff, ensuring optimal productivity and service level targets are consistently met. Serve as a subject matter resource by providing guidance, support, and proactive consultative recommendations to assist the team in achieving operational objectives.
Ensure the team meets quality standards through regular call monitoring, audits, coaching, and counseling initiatives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients by prioritizing service excellence, anticipating future needs, and proactively partnering with the Team Manager to address and resolve issues before they escalate. Continuously contribute to the improvement of Carenet’s service delivery.
Support employee growth and development through ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and the delivery of learning solutions across multiple formats to foster highly engaged and high-performing team members.
Respond promptly to service-related needs, ensuring issues are followed through to full resolution.
Assess callers’ needs and provide assistance with issues related to patient care, as appropriate.
Adapt communication approaches to effectively engage individuals from diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Evaluate hiring, staffing, and training requirements for the team and provide recommendations to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- College level or with Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of call center Team Manager/Leader experience
- Health Insurance and Managed Care concepts experience is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to create reports and presentations using Microsoft Office stack
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while leading a team of health advisors.
