We are looking for a SupMD that has a valid MD/DO license in Alabama.
Physician will provide remote supervision for 1 NP based on the guidelines of Alabama.
Physician will be connected with NP and MRG will provide agreements for signature and filing based on the individual state requirements.
Because of the nature of our work in disability assessments, it is exceedingly rare for the Nurse Practitioner to seek immediate assistance.
- review a percentage of charts and check in with the practitioners quarterly
- The Supervising Physician will review NP maintenance of a log of charts reviewed, and be readily available for consultation. This is a great position for a physician who is looking for added income by supervising NPs that are neither treating nor prescribing.

Requirements
- Must have an Alabama Medical License
- MD or DO
- Primary office must be located within 1 hour, or MD must provide a covering physician within 1 hour of Bessemer, AL.
- Support Practitioners providing Veterans Disability Benefit Exams
- Reimbursement available for collaboration filing fee
