This position is partially remote with requirements to go to our office in Minnetonka, MN. Candidates for this role must be located in the Greater Minneapolis St. Paul Minnesota area.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct design, planning, architecting, implementation, and documentation efforts in relation to the following technologies:
- M365 Collaboration Suite (e.g. SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- M365 low-code development platform services (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)
- M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including agent development
- Consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by completing jobs on time and on schedule, displaying a positive, helpful, and thoughtful attitude throughout
- Ensure complete and timely follow-through with all customer interactions, project execution, presales scoping activities, and advisory efforts
- Participate in customer presales meetings to understand the customer’s current technology state and future needs, and expertly translate customer needs into actionable and accurate project scopes
- Prioritize assigned tasks to deliver all projects and other commitments on time and within budget
- 5+ years of Microsoft consulting experience required
- Familiarity with, and a working understanding of, foundational ITIL concepts
- One or more advanced certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful designs and implementations of Microsoft technologies, and a customer-obsessed growth mindset
- Proficiency in communicating to all levels of IT personnel and executives, and outstanding abilities in translating complex technical concepts into interpretable and consumable outputs aligned to different types of audiences Industry best practices in terms of implementation and operations of proposed solutions
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- A knack for handling multiple projects at a time, and working in a fast-paced culture that is driven by helping organizations get the most value and success out of technology

Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will work in a hybrid setting. With options to work from home and in our office environment at our Minnetonka, MN location (6101 Baker Rd Minnetonka, MN 55345). Some travel to client locations may be required occasionally.
Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $110,000-130,000 USD annually. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
