Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking a Concept/Principal Analyst (CPANA) to support the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, evaluation and definition of requirements; development of alternative approaches to problem solving, cost benefit and tradeoff analysis, feasibility analysis, regulatory compliance support, risk assessment and analysis; and coordination across functional areas with geographically separated organizations.
- A minimum of eight years of technical or logistical experience is required. Experience necessary includes, but is not limited to, three years related to strategic planning, requirements analysis, logistics, and acquisition management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in such disciplines as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Relations, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
Preferred:
- Extensive knowledge/experience with Army GFEBS.
- Extensive knowledge/experience w/ US Army Security Assistance enterprise with specific experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities.
- Former US Army Logistician or Army Foreign Area Officer.
