Seeking to ensure design & delivery of a tailored service to our clients, we start typically by analyzing each clients needs, expectations and financial position. This position is a full time position but a temporary work from home pending the establishment of our new branch in your location, then you would be able to commence work in an office location or choose to continue working from home because it is optional to our employees. The training is done online from 9am to 12noon Monday through Friday. The training pay is $20/hr. If extra hours are spent online after training hour, it will be paid for. The company will mail you a payment to purchase all necessary custom built home office materials to ease your training/work at home. All necessary documentations will be sent to you in the mail to append your signature on and revert back to us by the end of your training programmer.

ABOUT THE JOB

There is a full time shift available for this position. We are looking for a responsible, personable, detail-oriented receptionist/office assistant, who will operate the front desk of our office during office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

Greeting customers as they enter our office and directing them appropriately
Answering calls from current and potential customers, handling questions, taking messages and routing callers to the proper person within our company
Providing general office and administrative support for the company's operations
Data entry of all invoices and sales receipts
Collection calls and administer credit applications

REQUIREMENTS

Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get along well with others: we are a small and growing company, and everyone counts
Great phone communication skills: you are the first person our customers will hear and see
Attention to detail: our projects are often complex and their execution requires extreme care
Must be 18+ years of age
Valid ID
High level of computer skills and knowledge, especially QuickBooks and Excel

Duration : Two weeks

Training pay : $20/hr

Regular pay after training :$20/hr - $30/hr

Regular work hour : 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday

WORKING CONDITIONS

VISION: Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction.

COMMUNICATION: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English language.

Involves frequent contact with staff and may sporadically deal with angry/upset clients.

PHYSICAL: May require occasional sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time in an office environment. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, copier, fax machine, and other office equipment as needed.

BRIEFING SUMMARY

You will be enlisted for 2 weeks training programs find Training program details below:

You will have to be online from 9am to 12pm daily for training programs as you will be given series of tasks during training*
You will resume work fully after training and your working hours will be 9am-5pm your time zone*
You have to keep strict record of time and activities* A time sheet should be sent in every Friday's days for monitoring (In your own format)*
In carrying out any assignment or task a progress report has to be emailed every Friday to me*
You are paid weekly
Whether or not you have an assignment or task to carry out you will be paid for $20/per hour as long as you are online during the stated hours.
All necessary documentations will be sent to you in the mail to append your signature on and revert back to us by the end of your training program.

Equipments will be provided for you by the company asap. This includes a (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)
Notebook/Scanner for mobility and some other softwares for accuracy, Speed of data processing,
Time Monitoring and Effectiveness,(4 in one Zebra ZM 400 Barcode Printer and Cards, Fax Machine, Scanner, Photocopier Machine, 4 Drawer Cabinet and Office Desk).
Details on the uses and delivery of these equipments would be provided to you ASAP.
