We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to underserved children and families across New York City’s five boroughs and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation based on supervision type.
BCBAs are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure meaningful clinical outcomes. Positions are available remote, hybrid, or fully in-person, depending on role preference and case needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to BTs/RBTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- New York LBA or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience in home-based ABA preferred
- $80–$100/hour, based on supervision type
