A company is looking for a Legal Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to collect outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency with non-paying debtors
- Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel skills preferred
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Basic math and writing skills required
- Dependable with strong work ethics and integrity
