A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake processes and serve as the first point of contact for Members accessing services
- Complete intake documentation and coordinate transportation for Members' appointments
- Address Member complaints and explain procedures for accessing behavioral health services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of behavioral health experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in mental health and/or human services required
- Proficiency in Windows-based PC applications
- Previous customer service and data entry experience desired, preferably in a call center environment
