A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Representative (Outbound Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients
- Guide prospective members through the enrollment process and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
- Respond to inbound calls and follow up with patients to ensure completion of onboarding steps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year of contact center, patient-facing provider, or customer service experience is required
- Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry skills is preferred
- Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
- Ability to work remotely with reliable Internet service and a secure workspace
