A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries
- Maintain performance goals and achieve proficiency in processes after completing a structured training program
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Able to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and performing alpha-numeric data entry
