The Director of Federal Subcontracts Governance and Training will lead the development and implementation of a robust procurement compliance program for a $3B+ federal government contractor. This role serves as the tactical and strategic leader of compliance for all Federal Subcontracts acquisition-related functions. The role has direct responsibility for leading internal initiatives including compliant practices within acquisition-related functions. The Director will establish and manage policies, procedures, training programs, and audit mechanisms to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company standards. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in managing external audits and stakeholders. The Director will develop and implement training materials and support process improvement initiatives to enhance acquisition efficiency while maintaining compliance standards. The Director will be the leader for all acquisition related audits to include CPSRs, SBA Audits, Cost Accounting Audits, and more.
