Inventory Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Role summary
Help keep stockroom and sales coordinated so product flows cleanly from back-of-house to the customer. You’ll work with inventory systems, prep outbound orders, support merchandising standards, and maintain an organized, secure environment.
Schedule
- Part-time: ~25 hrs/week (evenings, weekends, holidays as needed)
- Full-time option: ~40 hrs/week
Pay & rewards
- Hourly range: $30–$50 (based on location, skills, and experience)
- Target monthly bonus: $500 (PT) to $1500 (FT)
- Full-time benefits: ESPP, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision (where applicable), commuter benefits, paid parental leave, 9 paid holidays, 18 PTO days (accrues from day one)

What you bring
- 1+ year in retail, inventory, or customer service
- Comfortable prioritizing in a fast-moving environment; professional customer interactions
- Flexible availability (mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs ; use ladders/stairs as needed
- Solid communication & time management ; confident with POS, Mac, and Google Workspace
- Nice to have: experience with Salesforce and advanced Google Workspace

Role alternates sitting/standing; occasional bending and moving stock. Reasonable accommodations provided as required.
