Maximus is seeking an IT Infrastructure Sr Engineer to work remotely as part of the DMCS Infrastructure team which is responsible for all systems on the DMCS contract. The team monitors the health of all systems and oversees new system builds, security, consolidations, relocations, migrations, and decommissions. Systems are located across several Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts for the program. Interaction with vendors and contract support groups is required.
The position is a fully remote position requiring US citizenship and physical work location in CONUS. Applicates must have the ability to pass a background check. After-hours and weekend work is required on occasion to support the systems. The Majority of the DMCS systems are Windows OS. Any new staff member would be a member of the DMCS Infrastructure team. New hires would be expected to perform or contribute to the work listed as well as all daily, weekly, monthly, or annual work activities assigned by the DMCS Infrastructure Manager.
