Remote – U.S. Only | Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 USD
Level is looking for a design-forward, systems-minded Sales Enablement Manager to elevate how we show up in-market. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, design, and AI—turning ideas, insights, and positioning into polished materials that help our sales team win.
You’ll own the creation, evolution, and organization of our core sales assets—pitch decks, one-pagers, POVs, and light thought leadership—while using AI as a force multiplier for research, drafting, and iteration. If you love translating complexity into clarity and building assets that actually get used, this role is for you.
You’ll thrive here if:
- You have strong visual taste and care deeply about how stories are told
- You enjoy turning loose inputs into sharp, sales-ready assets
- You naturally create structure around messy content and ideas
- You’re fluent in AI as a working tool—not a gimmick
You’ll struggle here if:
- You prefer executing someone else’s exact instructions
- You’re uncomfortable making judgment calls on content or design
- You see AI as optional or experimental rather than core to the work
