We are seeking a Provider Entry Support professional for a temporary, fully remote role supporting record collection efforts for legal matters. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on investigative work, logical analysis, and structured documentation.
About the Role
The Provider Entry Support is responsible for identifying all potential holders of records by reviewing legal and non-legal documents and accurately entering provider information into internal systems. This role also includes making outbound calls to providers to verify record collection details and ensure timely, accurate results that meet client expectations.
Essential Job Functions
Functional & Technical Responsibilities
- Review legal, medical, employment, insurance, billing, military, and government records to identify record custodians
- Conduct online research to confirm provider identities and correct custodians
- Make outbound calls to providers in order to verify collection information.
- Accurately document provider information in internal systems
- Review records for accuracy and flag pages associated with the wrong individual for proper resolution
- Identify and flag providers who are key and/or pertinent in the litigation in accordance with project parameters
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience
- At least one year of experience in an office setting.
- At least one year of experience reviewing documentation.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to interpret legal and medical records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Independent problem-solver with research skills
- Self-motivated with a strong customer service focus
- Able to remain professional under pressure
- Committed to privacy, confidentiality, and security policies

- Experience reviewing medical records

Work from Home & Schedule Requirements
- This is a fully remote position and requires a reliable computer, internet access, and a quiet, private workspace to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while adhering to privacy and security standards is essential
- Training hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- Post-training schedule: Shifts will fall within core business hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, based on operational needs
